"Smart Browsing" refers to some features that are intended to be helpful, but are often annoying.

"What's Related" puts an extra menu in the toolbar to suggest pages that are related to the one currently being viewed.

"Internet Keywords" allow Netscape to redirect you to their website when an incomplete address is entered into the Location field (i.e. "mandrake" or "linuxtoday").
